On the bone - With Crackling – Shank on
Our legs of pork are expertly prepared to create a cut that is ready to roast and carve. On request our butchers can loosen the bone going through the centre of the joint. This bone can then be easily
removed prior to carving. The skin is scored creating perfect pieces of crackling when roasted.
