These wee sausages are made by us fresh daily using regular cuts of our prime pork. The pork is minced and blended with the finest of peppers, spices & crumb. Great for a finger buffet. These are a must have for any festive feast either as they come or wrapped in bacon. Combine with our Ayrshire Streaky bacon and make your own wee Pigs 'n' Blankets.
