Pork Middle (loin & belly)

Suitable for making your own homemade Italian Porchetta. The middle consists of the loin and belly attached. We remove the bone for your convenience. You can choose to have the pork rind (skin) left on or off. The Loin and belly can be rolled and tied or left flat to allow you to add your own ingredients and seasoning . Traditional Italian Porchetta would include fennel seeds, garlic and lemon zest)
