Our local deliveries are made direct to your home or workplace by a Henderson van and driver. This service is offered to most addresses within West Central Scotland. Any order placed for local delivery will normally be delivered the SAME DAY direct to your door (for orders placed by 8am) For your convenience specific delivery time slots can be requested on the checkout page. Our standard delivery charge for UK mainland courier deliveries is £10.
Scottish Highlands and remote locations will be £20 delivery charge.

Whether you would like us to deliver to a neighbour, or cut your meat a specific way, we can accommodate most requirements, just ask! We prepare all meat to order, so if there’s something unusual you would like, our skilled butchers can help. Simply add a comment in the “Order Notes” box on the checkout page.
Your meat order is kept cool in transit because we use an insulated expanded polystyrene box, and your meat is packed along with specially designed ice packs.
The insulated expanded polystyrene box is leak proof and sturdy. It keeps the inside cool. Our ice packs are made with a water-based gel, which is frozen and packed with the meat. This will keep the meat at the correct temperature for up to 48 hours.
Henderson Fine Food Co deliveries are made by Parcelforce (1 working day) . If you have a preferred choice for a courier please mention under delivery instructions. (this may incur an additional charge)
We will deliver our products in specially designed containers to anywhere in the mainland UK. Parcelforce courier collects the completed orders from Henderson Fine Food Co and delivers them direct to your door. Customers can give additional delivery instructions for their order online at the time of purchase. Deliveries are attempted at least once on the day of delivery. If it is not possible to deliver the package on the day of delivery Parcelforce will return the package to the local depot and attempt to deliver on the next working day or leave in your designated safe place. Thereafter parcels must be collected from the local delivery depot. If not collected parcels are returned to Henderson Fine Food Co.
